Gisborne project

A very special garden. In September 2017 we embarked on a large project in the foot of the Macedon Ranges. A Kathleen Murphy Landscape design project, we completed the install of this garden by using a range of different materials, such as corten steel, red gum sleepers, railway sleepers to form different elements of the garden.

This was a real beauty, some of my favourite things about the garden are the small but very productive veggie patch that is encapsulated by espaliered fruit trees, the feature trees set within the garden, the winding pathway through the rear garden, and finally the plant selection. The plant selection is impressive and really brought the space to life with the wide range of plant types and varieties.
